About Dragon Charm

A US-based sourcing partner, built to own the whole order.

Dragon Charm Inc was incorporated in New York on January 5, 2017, to solve a specific problem: US apparel brands sourcing from Asia were working through a patchwork of overseas agents, each owning one piece of the order and none of them accountable in US business hours, under US contract law.

Why Dragon Charm exists

One US corporation, one order, start to finish.

Dragon Charm is a New York-incorporated garment sourcing agent and supplier, not an overseas trading company with a US mailing address. Contracts and payment run through a US entity, which means a US brand is dealing with a counterparty that carries the same legal exposure they do — not a vendor three time zones and one jurisdiction away.

The company runs a full-package model: design and tech-pack development, factory sourcing and costing, sampling, in-line and pre-shipment quality assurance, and freight through goods on board — all managed from one desk, rather than handed between a design agent, a sourcing agent, and a logistics forwarder who don't talk to each other.

That desk is run personally by Radib Al Rafsan, who manages client relationships and sourcing decisions directly, out of Dragon Charm's New York office at Room 804, 421 7th Avenue.

How the company operates

Built around three commitments.

01

Factories prove it

WRAP, BSCI, or Sedex/SMETA status, fire and building safety records, and a traceable input chain are required before a factory is quoted — not taken on a claim.

02

Long-run partnerships

The business is built around brands that return order after order, not one-off placements — which is why factory relationships are vetted for consistency, not just a single sample.

03

One point of contact

Every stage of an order — design, sourcing, QA, logistics — is owned by the same desk, in Eastern time, instead of being split across country-specific agents.

Where the network reaches

Bangladesh, China, and Pakistan anchor the sourcing network.

Additional capacity is placed across the region on cost, capability, and lead time, covering categories from knitwear and denim to footwear, workwear, and jute home textiles.
