Full-package garment sourcing, five stages, one desk.
Dragon Charm Inc manages a product from concept to shipped order across a sourcing network spanning Bangladesh, China, and Pakistan — design, sourcing, sampling, production QA, and logistics, all under one roof.
Idea to goods on board.
Design & development
Trend direction, mood boards, and full tech packs built out from a concept, a reference garment, or a hand sketch — the starting point for every factory quote that follows.
Sourcing & costing
Fabric, trim, and factory are matched against the tech pack across the Asia network, with open-book costing on every line so the client sees exactly what drives the number.
Sampling & approval
Proto sample through pre-production sample, with fit comments and spec sign-off managed end to end before a single unit goes into bulk production.
Production & QA
In-line inspection during the production run and a pre-shipment audit at the factory, checked against the approved sample and the original spec sheet — not a visual pass.
Logistics & on board
Consolidation across factories, freight booking, and shipping documentation managed through to goods on board, so the client receives one shipment, not five.
Built across the categories that move volume.
Factories we represent have to prove it, not claim it.
Every factory in the network clears the same bar before Dragon Charm will quote it on a client's behalf.
What we require before we quote a factory
- →Current WRAP, BSCI, or Sedex/SMETA status — audited within the certification's own renewal window, not expired, and verified directly rather than taken on the factory's word.
- →Fire and building safety records on file for the specific production site itself, not a parent group filing that may cover a different facility.
- →Traceable input chain for fabric and trim, available on request for any order, so a client can answer a retailer's compliance question without chasing the factory directly.
Who this is built for.
Dragon Charm primarily works with mid-market US apparel brands and private-label retailers diversifying their production across Asia for country-risk coverage, without giving up on cost. The secondary client base is boutique and DTC apparel brands scaling up production who don't yet have the order volume to justify running their own buying office overseas.
Engagements typically start with a single product category and a defined volume target, and grow from there once the factory relationship and QA process are proven on a first order.
