Dragon Charm Inc manufactures private label denim for US brands and retailers. Denim depends on three things going right together: the fabric, the cut and the wash. We manage all three through partner mills and laundries in our Asia network, with a single US point of contact.
Denim we make

Fabrics, washes and finishes
Fabrics range from rigid and selvedge-look denim to comfort-stretch and recycled-cotton blends, in a range of weights. Washes include stone, enzyme, bleach and tint, with hand-sanding, whiskers, distressing and repairs. Trims include branded shanks, rivets, leather or jacquard patches and custom pocket bags.
Where it's made
Bangladesh runs denim at scale. China and Pakistan add vertical denim mills that spin, weave and finish in one place, which helps with fabric consistency. We match each style to the right mill and laundry. See how we match a category to a hub.
How a denim order runs
- Fabric and wash development: fabric selection and wash standards approved against your reference.
- Sampling: fit and pre-production samples until you sign off.
- Production and QA: measurement and wash-shade checks in-line and before shipment.
- Shipping: consolidation, freight booking and export documents through goods on board.

Minimum order quantities and lead times depend on fabric and wash. We confirm both in writing with your quote.

Can you match a wash from a reference garment?
Yes. Send the reference and we develop a wash standard for your approval before bulk.
Do you offer stretch and recycled denim?
Yes, both are available depending on the mill.
Can you add our branded hardware and patches?
Yes. Shanks, rivets, patches and labels can carry your branding.
