Fabrics, linings and prints
Swim bases include chlorine-resistant polyester-spandex, nylon-spandex, recycled swim fabrics, and quick-dry wovens for trunks and board shorts. We source matching linings, swim elastics, cups and hardware. Prints are produced by sublimation or rotary printing from your artwork, with strike-offs for approval before bulk.
How a swimwear order runs
- Costing: we cost the shell fabric, lining, elastics and trims line by line.
- Strike-offs and samples: print strike-offs, then fit and pre-production samples until you sign off.
- Production and QA: in-line checks on seams, elastic recovery and print placement, plus a pre-shipment audit.
- Shipping: consolidation, freight booking and export documents through goods on board.
Plan the season early
Swimwear is seasonal, so timing matters. Brands selling in spring and summer usually confirm styles and samples in the fall. Minimum order quantities and lead times depend on fabric and print, and we confirm both in writing with your quote.
