Dragon Charm Inc produces private label knitwear for US brands, retailers, promotional distributors and uniform programs. Knitwear is the core of our Bangladesh network, which runs cut-and-sew knits at high volume. We manage costing, sampling, quality control and shipping from New York.

Fabrics and decoration
Common bases include combed and ring-spun cotton jersey, organic cotton, cotton-polyester blends, piqué, French terry and brushed fleece. Fabric weight is specified to your target. Decoration includes screen printing, embroidery, garment dyeing, enzyme and silicone washes, and custom neck labels, hangtags and packaging.
How a knitwear order runs
- Costing: fabric, weight, trims and decoration costed line by line.
- Sampling: lab dips, proto, fit and pre-production samples until you sign off.
- Production and QA: in-line inspection and a pre-shipment audit against the approved sample.
- Shipping: consolidation, freight booking and export documents through goods on board.
