Dragon Charm Inc manufactures private label outerwear for US brands and retailers. Outerwear has more parts than almost any other garment, with shell, lining, fill, zippers and trims, so a single desk that owns every component and every approval makes a real difference to cost and on-time delivery.

Components and trims
We source shell fabrics (nylon, polyester, cotton blends and recycled options), linings, down or synthetic insulation, branded zippers, snaps, drawcords and custom labels. Each component is confirmed at costing and approved at sampling before bulk production starts.
How an outerwear order runs
- Costing: shell, lining, fill and trims costed line by line.
- Sampling: proto, fit and pre-production samples until you sign off.
- Production and QA: in-line inspection and a pre-shipment audit against the approved sample.
- Shipping: consolidation, freight booking and export documents through goods on board.
Plan the season early
Fall and winter outerwear is usually booked in spring. Minimum order quantities and lead times depend on fabric, fill and trims, and we confirm both in writing with your quote.
